Taj Residencia Rawalpindi
A buyer-first guide to the regulator record, approved scope, official project claims and the checks to complete before any booking or transfer payment.
What the regulator record actually says
Approval labels are not interchangeable. This page keeps the authority’s wording and approved area separate from marketing claims.
Scope matters as much as status
The RDA record states: “Final Noc Issued Over An Area Of 224 Kanal” for Kaak. The separately listed extension is not covered by that statement.
An authority entry does not prove title, availability, possession or approval of every plot, block, phase or extension. Verify the exact property before payment.
Official project information
Developer material helps explain the offer, but it is not independent regulatory evidence.
The official website presents Taj Residencia as a residential development near Islamabad sectors I-14 and I-15 and identifies Sardar Group as the developer. Location, inventory, features and timelines remain first-party claims to verify.
Three checks before you pay
Ask for documents that identify the exact property—not only the society name.
- 1The final-NOC wording shown by RDA covers 224 kanal at Kaak; do not treat the separate 2,200-kanal Sheikhpur extension as finally approved.
- 2Ask the seller to identify the precise approved map, plot number and mouza before payment.
- 3Check title, authority to sell, charges, transfer conditions, development progress and possession independently.
Primary sources
Open the authority record first, then use the project site for first-party information.
