House & Office Painting Services in Pakistan

Planning interior painting, an exterior repaint or an office refresh? Tell ShopShubb about the property, the surfaces and the result you want. We help prepare a clear inquiry and discuss possible painter availability in your city. Confirm preparation, products, finish and responsibilities in writing before work begins so the quote describes the job you actually expect.

Choose the scope that fits your project.

01

Interior walls & ceilings

Describe whether the space is occupied and which rooms or surfaces are included. Mention peeling paint, previous repairs or other visible issues so preparation can be discussed.

02

Exterior repainting

Ask about surface access, weather exposure and protection of surrounding areas. A contractor should explain the proposed products and preparation rather than offer one rate for every exterior.

03

Offices & selective refreshes

A few feature walls, a rental handover and a whole office are different projects. Explain working-hour restrictions, furniture movement and which parts of the premises must remain usable.

What is the cost of house painting in Pakistan?

A useful painting quote begins with measured surfaces and the agreed finish. Wall area is not necessarily the same as the floor area of the house. Ask which measurement basis is being used, how ceilings and openings are handled and whether the rate covers labour alone or a complete materials-and-labour package. Surface repairs and a major colour change can alter the work. ShopShubb does not advertise a universal room or per-square-foot rate without a defined scope.

Selective repaintOnly some rooms, walls or features need attentionColour matching, boundaries and minimum visit scope

Choose the colour, product and finish together.

A colour name alone does not define the coating to be supplied. Ask for the exact product range, shade reference and finish, and agree how an on-site sample will be approved. View the sample in the room’s normal light before authorising the full area. Discuss the practical use of the space, including cleaning expectations, so the proposed finish can be explained. A photograph or screen preview is a useful conversation aid, not a binding representation of the final appearance.

Preparation, protection and completion matter.

Agree which surfaces need cleaning, scraping, filling or other preparation after inspection. If dampness or a leak is present, ask how the cause will be assessed instead of expecting a decorative coat to resolve it. Confirm protection of floors, fixtures and furniture, working hours and daily cleanup. Before final handover, review the agreed areas together and record any touch-ups. Keep the product and shade information so later maintenance is based on what was actually used.

PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Questions to settle before you commit.

How do I compare painting charges per square foot?

First check what area is being measured and which work is included. A labour-only wall rate cannot be compared directly with a quote covering ceilings, repairs and materials. Ask both painters to price the same written scope.

Can I hire a painter near my location?

Share your city and neighbourhood with the job description. We check possible availability before discussing a visit. No painter is booked until the provider accepts the location, timing and scope.

Should I buy paint myself?

Either arrangement can work if responsibilities are clear. For labour-only work, agree product specifications and quantities before purchasing. For an inclusive quote, request named products and clarify who retains unused material.

Will a new coat hide dampness or peeling permanently?

Do not assume that it will. The contractor should assess the cause and explain any repair or separate treatment required. Repainting is not a substitute for resolving a roof or plumbing issue where one exists.

Can I stay in the property during painting?

Discuss occupied-room access, ventilation and the product instructions with the painter. Agree a room-by-room plan if appropriate and confirm when each space can be used. Do not assume every product or work method has identical requirements.

How many days will house painting take?

The painter should propose a schedule based on surfaces, preparation, access and the chosen products. Agree whether the completion estimate includes inspections and touch-ups; a whole property cannot be scheduled accurately from room count alone.

Can you help with colour selection or a feature wall?

Include reference colours and the room’s use in the inquiry. Ask the provider whether colour advice and sample patches are available, what they cost and how final approval will be documented.

Is exterior painting the same as roof waterproofing?

No. An exterior decorative coating and a roof waterproofing system should be specified for their respective purposes. If leakage is part of the problem, arrange an appropriate assessment and a separately defined treatment scope.
