Park View City Islamabad
A buyer-first guide to the regulator record, approved scope, official project claims and the checks to complete before any booking or transfer payment.
What the regulator record actually says
Approval labels are not interchangeable. This page keeps the authority’s wording and approved area separate from marketing claims.
Scope matters as much as status
The current CDA record uses the wording “NOC Approved” dated 2 May 2014 and shows the layout plan approved on 11 January 2021.
An authority entry does not prove title, availability, possession or approval of every plot, block, phase or extension. Verify the exact property before payment.
Official project information
Developer material helps explain the offer, but it is not independent regulatory evidence.
The official project website presents residential and commercial inventory, location information and community facilities. Treat availability, sector boundaries, development schedules and prices as time-sensitive marketing information that needs written confirmation.
Three checks before you pay
Ask for documents that identify the exact property—not only the society name.
- 1Use CDA’s exact wording—“NOC Approved”—and do not extend it beyond the 1,067.90-kanal area shown in the regulator record.
- 2Verify the exact plot, sector and map against the latest approved layout plan before token or booking payment.
- 3Confirm title, seller authority, development and transfer charges, refund conditions and possession status in writing.
